Yoke Goa is a soulful retreat destination, hidden away at the southern end of the sleepy village of Agonda, a palm-fringed, spiritual-minded paradise on the South Goan coast.
Our mission is to do HUMAN better, and we're here to support and guide your personal journey through the power of sound and movement. Our team of senior practitioners connect the spheres of sound healing, yoga, contrast therapy, bodywork, and energetics; transcending boundaries and weaving disciplines together into powerful hybrid practices backed by neuroscience.
We specialise in multi-disciplinary trainings and CPD courses designed to expand and illuminate your wellness practice far beyond the basics. We also offer an array of guided retreat options as well as a full public drop-in schedule across our programme of mixed spiritual arts, and our boutique accommodation is also available for your own self-curated wellbeing holiday.
Alongside our signature sound healing offerings we host an array of multi-modality arts and sciences ranging from the cosmic to cardiovascular - these include various breathwork methods, Tantra, Kundalini, group and solo Reiki, guided ice meditation, voice activation, Kirtan, Western & Vedic astrology, tarot circles and - of course - yoga! We pride ourselves on crafting a schedule unique to the area, with methods including Rocket Yoga and our signature Krama Yoga and Yin x Sound classes.
Our lush tropical gardens also house the Yoke Spa, featuring sauna, steam and cold plunge experiences alongside our relaxation sound garden; and it's finished with a flourish byTemple - our onsite premium barista-led coffee and snack bar.
We are honoured to be part of the vibrant and welcoming community here in Agonda and honour the wisdom and guidance of this land, this village and our friends here. We are committed to supporting and giving back to this special place and people.
