Alchemy Wellness is a next-generation training and retreat destination, nestled between the beach and the jungle on India's tropical west coast. We are hidden away at the southern end of the sleepy village of Agonda, a palm-fringed, spiritual-minded paradise on the South Goan coast.

Evolved out of our founder's groundbreaking sound healing space Silence & Noise, the freshly minted Alchemy Wellness brand represents a powerful container for soulful expansion in all aspects of being human. We are a collective of highly experienced, senior practitioners who connect the spheres of sound healing, breathwork, contrast therapy, frequency medicine, bodywork, energetics, and yoga; transcending boundaries to weave these and further disciplines together into powerful hybrid practices backed by neuroscience and physiological intelligence.

Our mission is to facilitate and promote tangible transformations in mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing through the power of our proprietary integrated wellness experiences. We specialise in advanced/multi-disciplinary trainings and CPD courses designed to enhance, expand and illuminate your wellness practice far beyond the basics. We also offer an array of guided residential, day, and self-retreat options as well as a full drop-in schedule across our programme of mixed spiritual arts.

Alongside our foundational soundwork offerings we host an array of multi-modality arts and sciences ranging from the cosmic to cardiovascular - these include Conscious Connected, Holotropic and Psychosomatic breathwork methods, Tantra, Kundalini, group and solo Reiki, guided ice exposure, voice activation, ecstatic dance, aquatic sound, SUP yoga, Kirtan, Western & Vedic astrology, tarot circles and - of course - yoga! We offer a range of daily yoga classes featuring methods unique to the local area such as Rocket, Jivamukti and Dharma yoga, as well as our core daily Mysore-style Ashtanga architecture. Our lush tropical gardens also house the Energy Spa, featuring sauna, steam and cold plunge spaces alongside our relaxation sound garden; and it's finished with a flourish byTemple - our onsite premium barista-led coffee and snack bar.

Alchemy Wellness is wrapped around a philosophy that we are stronger together and in collaboration, that our personal development is empowered when drawn from an array of experiences and philosophies, that we can expand our own capacity by creating our own unique recipe for wellbeing. We are here to inspire, engage and create together, learning as we teach, sharing what we love, whilst always respecting the roots of our practice and those who have shown us the way.
