Cancellation Policy
Your reserved space is held until 5 minutes before class/session start time. If you have not registered for the session by then we will pass the space onto any waitlisted guests. To ensure we don't end up with any empty spaces in fully booked sessions, we ask you to PLEASE cancel your booking online if you are no longer able to attend. If you no-show you won't be able to book in with us again, so please do ensure to simply cancel out of anything you've booked but can no longer make by clicking through the cancellation option on your confirmation email.
