More than just a massage

The Yoke Spa is a lush little oasis in our private garden - open every morning and for selected additional portals, it's available to all residential guests and trainees as standard, with drop-in access available at selected sessions.

The Spa is a natural space for relaxation but is also intended as an opportunity to clear the lens with which you see the world, a chance to tune inwards, and explore the powerful benefits and science of optimisation practices like contrast therapy.

Our vision for integrated methods runs through the flowing rhythms of the treatment rooms too, with special attention paid to the intentional soundscape that fills the whole spa and garden area, and an array of unique treatments crafted from the weaving of multiple massage, bodywork and energetic traditions.

As well as the Finnish-style sauna, aromatherapy steam room and relaxation sanctuary, we have an outdoor cold shower and plunge and (by arrangement) our ice tanks. We are also planting a garden kitchen of medicinal herbs and plants which are used to make your aromatherapeutic/ayurvedic spa extras - think salty herby scrubs, natural eucalyptus whips, and rose lotus oils.

The Spa spills out into our Temple snack bar area, so you can grab a refreshing juice or wellness latte to enjoy whilst you press your feet into the to the soft lawn and relax amidst the serene green space.

How We Spa

Drop In Spa

We'll be running drop in sessions at the Spa a couple of times a week. Your pass includes 90 minutes access to the sauna, steam, and cool plunge, with add-on salty, scrubby and oily additions from our aromatherapy/ayurvedic product kitchen designed to give your session that little va-va-voom. Fruits, teas and infused water are included to keep you going through plenty of lounging time swaying in hammocks in our gorgeous garden. Ice tubs will be available at selected sessions, please check before booking!

Extra Spa

Want more? Book yourself a full or half day at Alchemy centred around the spa experience but packed to the brim with expansive additions. As well as your luscious extras from our spa product kitchen, your package includes complimentary access to any classes and workshops across site on the day of your visit, a 1:1 spa treatment, and (for full day bookings) add on a sound, reiki, breath or guided ice session with one of our facilitation team too. Plus, you'll be topped up with the good stuff from the Temple, with a bottomless drinks tab for all the hydrating juices, artisan coffee and bliss balls you need for the duration of your visit.

1:1 Treatments

The professional services aspect of the Energy Spa is run by Holly Jenkins, whose east-meets-west approach to holistic health is a perfect fit for our integrative methods. Holly’s approach to the mind-body connection is a meeting of science and magic, offering empowerment through a range of methodologies that encompasses aromatherapy, reflexology, breathing practices, kundalini, tantra and therapeutic massage. You'll also be able to book tuning fork therapy, as well as 1:1 sound, reiki and breathwork sessions through the Spa portal.
